We’re proud to announce the appointment of Chris Pino and Matt Dungan as Associate Directors, recognising the impact they’ve had on our clients, our team and the direction of the business.
If you’ve worked with Chris, you’ll know detail matters. He’s not one for shortcuts, and that shows in how he supports both clients and the team. And if you’ve worked with Matt, you’ll know his ability to simplify complex challenges, usually with a one-liner not far behind.
We asked them both to share their perspective on the journey so far, what this milestone represents and where their focus is as they step into what’s next.
“It’s a pretty special milestone, both 10 years and Associate Director. When I first started, I don't think I fully appreciated where the journey could lead, so to be stepping into this new role is something I’m really proud of.”
“It’s more grounding than rewarding. It’s not about the title. It’s about the trust that comes with it. Trust from clients, the team, in our systems and processes. It reflects relationships that have been built, the work we’ve delivered as a team, and the never-ending opportunity to contribute, grow and mentor.”
“There’s a real opportunity in this role to help develop people, strengthen collaboration, and contribute to the direction of the business in a more meaningful way.”
“I think it shifts the focus slightly. I’m excited to take on more responsibilities inhouse, looking at the bigger picture, supporting the team and making sure we’re setting things up for continued success.”
“Day-to-day this role pushes me to be even more deliberate about where I add value to both the business, the team, as well as to clients. Thinking more strategically, creating clarity for others and helping connect the dots across teams and priorities.”
“It isn't just one moment, but experiences where I've been trusted to step into something new or solve a difficult problem. Those moments have usually been the most challenging, and the most rewarding.”
As Chris and Matt step into these roles, it strengthens what we deliver every day.
Because good advice doesn’t just solve problems in the moment, it helps build what’s next.
